01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and a666 ("a666", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gambling and sports betting platform accessible at https://a666.casa (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the a666 Platform — including but not limited to placing wagers, claiming bonuses, or participating in any promotional activity — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the a666 Platform. This Agreement supersedes all prior representations, warranties, or understandings, whether oral or written, between you and a666 relating to your use of the Platform.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means a registered user account on the a666 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising Real Money and, where applicable, Bonus Funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or non-cashable bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a specific promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to activate full Account functionality including withdrawals.
• "Platform" means the a666 website, mobile site, and any associated services accessible at https://a666.casa.
• "Real Money" means funds deposited by the Player using a supported payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to a666, the operator of the Platform.
• "You", "Player", "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the Platform.

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the a666 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
2. You must be a natural person of legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
3. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close relative of an employee or contractor of a666 or any of its affiliated entities.
4. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
5. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme through a666 or any third-party responsible gambling scheme that prohibits your participation.
6. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at all times, including your full legal name, date of birth, and current address.

04 Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform at any time. Opening duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated Accounts and potential forfeiture of balances.

Upon registration, Players are required to submit identifying information including their full name, date of birth, email address, and residential address. a666 reserves the right to request documentary evidence in support of any information provided, at any point during the Account lifecycle.

4.1 KYC Documentation

To unlock full Account functionality including withdrawal capabilities, Players must complete the KYC verification process by submitting:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian National Identity Card / MyKad, passport);
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement); and
• Where required, proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of eWallet account matching the registered name).

a666 is committed to processing KYC submissions promptly. Players will be notified of the outcome of their KYC review by live chat or email. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account restriction or closure.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. a666 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to secure your credentials. 05 Deposits & Payments

a666 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which are available to Malaysian players:

All deposits must originate from a payment method held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. a666 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

a666 reserves the right to refuse any deposit or request additional verification for any deposit that triggers our internal fraud or anti-money laundering screening protocols.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that: (a) belongs to the Account holder; (b) was previously used to fund the Account; and (c) has been verified during the KYC process where applicable. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.

6.1 Processing Timelines

a666 targets the following withdrawal processing timelines, measured from the moment the withdrawal request is approved by our payments team:

• eWallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Under 5 minutes on average.
• DuitNow / FPX Instant Transfer: 5–15 minutes, subject to the receiving bank's settlement window.
• Direct Bank Wire Transfer: 15–60 minutes during normal banking hours.
• Cryptocurrency (BTC / USDT): Subject to blockchain network confirmation times.

These timelines are performance targets and not contractual guarantees. Processing may be delayed during public holidays, scheduled bank maintenance, or exceptional circumstances. Most withdrawals are processed within 60 minutes on any given day.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

a666 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks prior to processing any withdrawal. The following conditions apply:

• Any active Bonus Funds must have their associated wagering requirements met in full before the corresponding Real Money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
• a666 reserves the right to impose a withdrawal limit review for accounts that have not previously completed a withdrawal.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by a666 are subject to specific terms that are disclosed at the time of the promotion. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier that specifies the number of times the Bonus amount must be staked in qualifying games before withdrawal. For example, a 35x wagering requirement on a Bonus of MYR 100 requires MYR 3,500 in total qualifying wagers before the associated winnings may be withdrawn.

7.2 Maximum Bet While on Bonus

While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum single bet or stake is capped at MYR 250–MYR 500 per round, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Exceeding the maximum bet cap while a Bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and all associated winnings.

7.3 Game Contribution

Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Table games including blackjack, baccarat, and roulette generally contribute 10–20%. Live sports betting contributions vary by promotion. Specific contribution rates are disclosed in each individual promotion's terms.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed within the offer window, and wagering requirements that are not fulfilled within the designated validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of credit), will expire. Upon expiry, the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account.

7.5 Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonuses

Where a promotion is designated as a "sticky" or "non-cashable" bonus, the Bonus principal cannot be withdrawn — only net winnings generated from the use of those Bonus Funds may be paid out after wagering requirements are met. Non-sticky bonuses form part of your withdrawable balance once wagering requirements are satisfied. Promotion descriptions will clearly identify the applicable type.

7.6 Bonus Abuse

a666 monitors betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, and collusion between players. Where bonus abuse is identified, a666 reserves the right to void the bonus, confiscate associated winnings, and terminate the Account.

08 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the a666 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type — slots, live casino, sports betting, lottery, and arcade games each operate under separate rule sets which are displayed within the respective game or market interface.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are not confirmed until accepted by the a666 betting system and a confirmation reference is issued.
• In the event of a match abandonment or postponement, settlement rules specific to each sport and market type will apply.
• a666 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds due to a technical or human error, or placed in breach of these Terms.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• In-play betting markets including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and UFC events are subject to real-time odds fluctuations. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement confirmation.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the a666 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one Account, or allowing another person to use your Account;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any linked game;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any other activity that corrupts the integrity of a game or market;
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity;
• Engaging in or facilitating unauthorised data scraping, API abuse, or reverse engineering of Platform systems;
• Attempting to access another player's account or Platform systems without authorisation.

10 Responsible Gambling

a666 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all of its players. We provide the following tools, which are accessible from within your Account settings at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts that notify you when a pre-set playing duration has been reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a voluntary exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion is enforced immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected period.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the a666 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of a666 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without our express prior written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a666 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

a666's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to such claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence, to the extent that such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

a666 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, a666 will take reasonable steps to notify registered Players — including by displaying a notice on the Platform or by email to the address associated with your Account.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the general principles of contract law.
